Lyrical content turns noticeably darker on this release. Perhaps Jello had an influence, the PMRC got under his skin, or he found newfound competition from the nearby NWA crew. Whatever the case, T comes hard on this one. Definitely a pre-cursor to the Body Count themes to come.
