Madonna 1979
VG+ / NM-
catalog no: IC 1078
notes:
My girl Judy! This is the first pressing of her low key Chicago classic. She likes to tell me how big of a dancefloor hit "Never Was Love" was/is in the UK. That's a nice uptempo cut with soaring vocals that could fit into a DJ set. This is a meaningful record to me - she used to dedicate "Goodbye Porkpie Hat" to my grandfather at Marie's before his passing. <3 This copy is very close to being NM- and the cover is sharp! Recommended for fans of soulful jazz vocals.
