THIS SESSION IS LIMITED TO 8 STUDENTS, SO ACT FAST!
For those who’ve always wanted to get into Music Production but didn’t know where to start, this is the class for you! By participating in our 5-week introductory level course designed for Beginners, students will gain an understanding of music production fundamentals, sampling techniques, and composition. The goal is by the end of this course, students will attain or solidify the basic skills needed to begin their path as a Beatmaker.
The only gear needed is a pair of headphones and a cell phone (or tablet). Students will learn by using the mobile app “Koala Sampler” as well as "Bandlab". Classes meet twice each week (one in person and one virtual). As well, students will discuss, create, and meet with seasoned veterans and music professionals.

These classes are being offered on a sliding scale. The top tier price ($350) class ticket is the actual cost of the class. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. The middle tier price ($300) is for those who are able to meet their basic needs* but have little expendable income. Paying for this class may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship. The basic tier price ($275) is for those who have difficulty meeting basic needs* and paying for this class would be a hardship.
Please be mindful that if you purchase a price at the lowest tier when you can truthfully afford the higher ticket prices, you are limiting access to those who need the gift of financial flexibility. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. It also respects the work of teachers and creators.
